I agree to pay 21 Baseball Academy $125 per month to receive training, and/or coaching, and/or to participate in any of their baseball team from:08/15/2021, to: 12/20/2021. I agree to pay the full amount of $600 unless 21 Baseball Academy voids this agreement. I understand that if my child is injured performing other activities outside 21 Baseball Academy or decide to leave the team, I will still be responsible to continue payments to 21 Baseball Academy until this agreement is paid in full.
