I agree to pay 21 Baseball Academy $175 per month to receive training, and/or coaching, and/or to participate in any of their baseball team from:01/01/2022, to: 07/31/2022. I agree to pay the full amount of $1180 unless 21 Baseball Academy voids this agreement. I understand that if my child is injured performing other activities outside 21 Baseball Academy or decide to leave the team, I will still be responsible to continue payments to 21 Baseball Academy until this agreement is paid in full.
